由臺中市工商發展投資策進會所舉辦的臺中創育嘉年華活動，主要針對台灣各大專院校學生組隊參加創業競賽，並邀請產官學等各界跨領域的專家評審。評審項目包含創業構想完整性、創業可行性、創新性與獨特性、市場性、團隊組成完整度及創業熱情與積極度。
本活動的視覺設計系統是以創意創業為主體，設計元素從創造力開始，就像細胞一般，從一個創意慢慢分裂成諸多想法，並且在創意與想法之間堆疊結合成新的概念。而視覺表現上則是著重於創意與創業都是自我與團隊的延伸與重組，團隊相互結合，同心協力，才能成功開創新事業。

“Taichung Innovation Carnival” hosted by The Industry Development and Investment Promotion Committee of Taichung City is a competition for college students in Taiwan. The interdisciplinary jury are the experts in various fields and the criteria are about: completeness and innovation of design ideas feasibility and differentiation for entrepreneurship and completeness and enthusiasm from the team.
The visual design for this competition is starting from the concept of how to start an idea and entrepreneurship and transform to the design element of “cell”. The design system is trying to describe that many thoughts are divided from the original concept and the combination of each thought will be the new concept. The visual expression is that the idea and the team are also the extension and reorganization for the members in the team and the only way for entrepreneurship is working together for the whole process.
